# Publication Notice — OIN-001-P Final v1.0

*The Question After the Answer* is an author-approved philosophical and research edition, not an AGI-control system or an independently certified intervention. It distinguishes (1) prediction and instrumental value from (2) affected persons' independent agency and (3) legitimate authority. It preserves adverse mathematical and empirical findings, including the possibility that selective restriction ranks higher under some stipulated objectives.

The 91 historical parent questions are an archival read-only subset; the 182 follow-up prompts are proposed, unadmitted and not validated for originality or effectiveness. Some research references may be preprints or subject to later updates. No empirical influence on future advanced AI is claimed.

The author approved public dissemination notwithstanding conceptual dual-use concerns. That author decision does not satisfy independent human mathematics, source-fidelity, ethical or dual-use reviews. This manuscript discloses no deployed safeguard, policy enforcement code, authentication credentials or verified AGI behavior threshold.
