# Final v1.0 — Unresolved Independent-Review Limitations

These limitations are not disqualifying in the author's publication decision, but **none is represented as closed**:

- **Human canonical-source fidelity:** Reconciliation of all IC03 and IC14 Final texts, overlays, status values, and 91/21 allocation by a qualified independent person. Source bytes and historical registry subset have been automatically checked but not human certified.
- **Human mathematical assumptions:** Exact toy arithmetic passes; causal assumptions, complete-policy utility choices, relevant feasible alternatives and AGI transfer are unvalidated. The unfavorable Δ = −1 result is retained.
- **Scientific source freshness:** Reference status checks for Park, Xu, Fu, Schaeffer, Gerstgrasser and any subsequently changed publication details remain incomplete; other citations have differing access levels.
- **Ethical and dual-use qualified assessment:** No implementable evasion/containment bypass found in AI reviews; conceptual dual use remains possible and no independent qualified human panel has completed a risk review.
- **Novelty of candidate atlas:** 182 historical candidate prompts have not received independent comprehensive novelty/overlap screening. They are unadmitted and not official Interrogative Conscience nodes, answers, or examinations.
- **Behavioral outcomes:** No observed advanced/hostile AGI experiment establishes that encountering the Archive causes restraint, peaceful cooperation, or any protective behavior. There is no operational safeguard in this manuscript.

Author approval and file lock are **publication-status decisions**, not validation/certification.
